Due to a recent and exciting long term project wins, they are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Contracts Managerto work our of their Hungerford Office.

My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience inRoofing / Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.

Job specification:

Contracts Manager to work on dwellings in the Berkshire/Wiltshire/Devon region

Overseeing and Managing Social Housing Planned Maintenance works Roof replacements/ repairs / maintenance

Must be capable of working in fast-paced environment

Must be IT literate. (Using Excel, Outlook, SafetyCulture)

Experience managing Site Supervisors

SSSTS / First Aid / CSCS
