- Manage the new starter and leavers administration.
- Issue employment contracts.
- Liaise with the finance team on payroll issues and checks.
- Support with exit interviews, collating data to identify trends and report this to senior management.
- Aid the hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide accurate and regular reports.
- Will have 2-3 experience within a HR role
- Must have CIPD Level 5 or 7
- Will have good communication skills
- Must have previously used Dayforce.
- Experience being a Level 1 user for Visa/immigration process
- Will have good accuracy and attention to detail
- Must have a Full UK Driving License role involves travel
- Be a team player and have a “Can Do” attitude
