HR Advisor Start date: This is a position to start immediately, it is a temporary role however can be permanent for the right candidate Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 per annum Location: Hungerford Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established company who have offices up and down the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced recruiter to help support the business. As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
  • Manage the new starter and leavers administration.
  • Issue employment contracts. 
  • Liaise with the finance team on payroll issues and checks.
  • Support with exit interviews, collating data to identify trends and report this to senior management.
  • Aid the hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide accurate and regular reports.
 The ideal Recruiter/ HR Advisor:
  • Will have 2-3 experience within a HR role
  • Must have CIPD Level 5 or 7
  • Will have good communication skills
  • Must have previously used Dayforce.
  • Experience being a Level 1 user for Visa/immigration process
  • Will have good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must have a Full UK Driving License role involves travel
  • Be a team player and have a “Can Do” attitude
