My clientis one of theleading planned maintenance andaffordable housing refurbishment contractors in the South of the UK.
They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Voids Supervisor to cover the Brkshier region.
My client is specifically seeking candidates with experience in Voids andRoofing / Social Housing Planned Maintenance works.
Requirements:
To oversee the management and delivery of void property repairs and maintenance, ensuring properties are brought back to standards efficiently and within budget.
The role requires strong coordinationand technical expertise to maintain high standards of service delivery in line with health and safety regulations and organizational targets.
You will be reporting to a Contracts Manager and have previous experience working on Voids properties.
