We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Multi-Skilled Workshop Assistant to join our client based in Hungerford.

Working within a small team to help out and assist within a wide variety of workshop focused roles briefly detailed as below.

This role will allow the individual to gain valuable skills and experience while working on a diverse range of filling equipment, packaging machinery and general site infrastructure.

The right candidate in this role will be willing to learn, develop their knowledge, skills and responsibilities as there is good growth potential.

Dailys:

  • Routine maintenance checks (Basic Level)
  • Supporting various engineering projects
  • Machinery strip-downs and cleans (Basic level)
  • Using hand-tools and power tools
  • Monitor and manage Workshop stock materials (Basic level) and Workshop cleanliness
  • Methodical approach to tasks and willing to learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude

Additions:

  • Pro-active & Self started
  • Experience of lone-working in the engineering environment or similar field
  • Experience in machinery / equipment maintenance
  • Understanding / exposure to pneumatic/electrical/mechanical equipment and machinery
