JobMatcha are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a construction and maintenance of residential building background for projects we have available in Marlborough, Swindon and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
A Site Manager in a housing and residential area oversees the construction and maintenance of residential buildings and developments. Their responsibilities include managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that arise. They also handle budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key Skills:
- good computer skills (excel, word, Microsoft applications)
- CSCS Manager card
- SMSTS
- Previous experience as a Site Manager in a similar project
