About the Role

Our client are seeking a dedicated Corporate Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and PA support to the senior leadership team. Under the guidance of the Senior Corporate Support Officer, you will work both collaboratively and independently, taking ownership of key projects and contributing to the smooth operation of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide PA and administrative support to senior team members, including Corporate Directors and the Executive Leader.
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings, and prepare complex and sensitive documents.
  • Assist in the creation of agendas, take minutes, and manage action tracking for key meetings.
  • Conduct research and generate high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in PA/administrative roles.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage conflicting demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and work independently as well as part of a team.

On offer is a competitive salary of £14.29 ph + Holiday Pay.

Working in a friendly team on a hybrid working pattern of 3 office – 2 home, you will need to be able to start mid-April.
