Goods and Order Processing AdministratorAn exciting opportunity to join a global business with a widely recognised brand is now available for a strong administrator who has experience in order processing and customer service. You will need to have great communication skills, a positive attitude and a fantastic work ethic. Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced team in a challenging role and will be proactive and feel comfortable and confident to work on your own initiative. You will also need excellent organisational, IT and administrative skills and experience of working within strict lead times.Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily processing of orders, samples and approvals ensuring that information is accurate and passed to the relevant team.
  • Collaboration with internal departments and external vendors with regards to changes to orders and any queries.
  • Ensuring all enquires are dealt with quickly and efficiently delivering a high level of customer service
  • Maintaining the internal order entry system
  • Running daily reports to check status, review stock availability and capture any errors.
