My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on a Full Time Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a confident team player with the ability to organise their own workload, we are looking for someone with a positive and outgoing attitude.
You will have had previous experience providing excellent customer service in an office environment and will be tasked with processing orders in an ERP system. You will also provide cover for general administration duties in the Huntingdon office.
Hours - Monday -Thursday 8am - 4:45pm and Fridays 8am - 12:00.
Salary 拢24-27,000 per annum DOE.
The Role:
As the Sales Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
路 Contract review of customer orders to ensure accuracy of order content.
路 Order entry directly into ERP system.
路 Obtain quotes for OEM products, equipment and shipment costs.
路 Update reports and database.
路 Provide administrative support to sales team and Sales managers.
