35,000 plus benefits package and overtime at higher rates

Working for a clean, ambient andfully automated manufacturing facility in the Huntingdon area, your role of Production Machine Operator will be to work
within the manufacturing production team on a day-to-day basis, championing their standards and values and participating in all aspects of the manufacture, machine operating and general production work to make high quality products. This is a permanent position.

Duties for The ProductionOperator:

• Knowledge of volume manufacturing processes gained in a factory environment
• Running and operating machinery
• Managing quality systems and outputs
• Tightquality control over material usage and wastage
• Knowledge of working to production targets and priorities

Skills required for The ProductionOperator:

• Have a pragmatic approach to problem solving, able to develop and implement creative and inventive solutions to problems
• High level of personal ownership of tasks to completion, with a willingness to "go the extra mile"
• Reliable, honest, trustworthy, team-player, with a willingness to offer support and assistance to colleagues and the team

Hours of work for the Production Operator:
3 shift Rotation system

• LatesMonday to Friday 2pm to 10pm
• EarliesMonday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm
• NightsSunday to Thursday / 10pm to 6am
