Job description
  • Effectively deal with all sales enquires (e.g., phone, e-mails, websites) with appropriate follow-up (e.g., samples, brochures).
  • Ensure the timely production of quotations, ensuring all relevant information is included.
  • Maintenance of customer/prospect database.
  • Process orders on ERP, liaising with the Accounts department regarding payment terms and Production and Despatch departments regarding delivery dates.
  • Arrange credit notes as required.
  • Timely administration of customer complaints.
  • Undertake research, cold calling, marketing exercises to generate leads.
  • Undertaking research into possibilities of Encocam representing other companies products and when required.
  • Update of visit reports and follow up action.
  • Arrange customer visits for front line sales staff and occasionally accompany them to visits.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of sales literature, datasheets and website.
  • Prepare Routings and BOMs for standard products.
  • Create works orders for jobs going through the shopfloor.
  • Arrange internal meetings for the Business Unit Manager.

  • Business Central experience desirable but the ability to show working on multiple platforms is essential.
