Responsible for maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by identifying and resolving quality issues, supporting data cleansing, and promoting a culture of data integrity to enhance decision-making reliability.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Monitoring: Review case management systems to detect inconsistencies, errors, and missing information using reports and data quality tools.
- Data Cleansing: Correct errors through manual updates or automated processes.
- Validation & Governance: Ensure data aligns with standards and assist in maintaining data quality policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Educate teams on best practices and accurate data entry.
- Quality Improvement: Identify root causes of issues and support preventive solutions.
- Data Migration: Assist with transferring data from legacy to new systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to spot data patterns.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of data quality metrics and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
