This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, providing strategic financial advice, and leading a talented team within a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a portfolio of clients, providing high-level business advisory and accounting services
- Leading and mentoring a team, supporting their development and technical expertise
- Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and tax computations
- Ensuring compliance with UK accounting and tax regulations
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering proactive financial advice
- ACA/ACCA qualified with relevant post-qualification experience
- At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients within a UK accountancy practice
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
