Junior Sales Executive Are you a self motivated, driven person looking for a career in Sales? Do you want to work for a growing business with development opportunities? Are you a confident communicator with good organisational skills? I am supporting a well established business based in Huntingdon, with a newly created Sales Executive role. This role would suit someone that has a positive/can do attitude, confidence and an out-going personality, energetic with a determination to succeed and happy to work to targets. The sales executive will be responsible for managing enquiries through to the end of the sales process as well as managing approx 20 existing customer relationships by dealing with repeat orders and trying to extend eachcustomers range with new products.Ideally, you will be a multi-tasker with good communication skills as you will have direct contact with customers.The successful candidate can expect to receive a competitive salary andbenefits including performance bonuses, private medical cover, iPhone/laptop and employer pension contributions.Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all new incoming enquiries
  • Managing existing customer relationships
  • Attending trade shows both as a visitor and exhibitor
  • Following up old enquiries using company CRM
  • Searching, identifying and engaging with brands that source from competitors
  • Feeding back to the business any trends or persistent customer objections
  • Answering and transferring direct incoming phone calls
  • Ensuring that CRM and other files are up to date

The role will at times involve travel in the UK and Europe which mayinvolve nights away and requires a flexible approach to hours.Being part of a small team means flexibility and the responsibilities will notbe limited to the above.No formal qualifications are required as long as you are bright, articulate andnumerate.
