Tradewind are currently working with a fabulous Pre School in Cottenham who are on the lookout for a new team member to join them this term. This Pre School is connected to a large 3 form entry Primary School, with plenty of opportunity for professional development and progression.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Work within a team to ensure children achieve
  • Support with foundational skill development
  • Ensure a safe, engaging environment with the lead teacher
  • Provide one to one support where needed
  • Create activities to engage the children in their learning
  • Track children's progress and feedback to other staff and parents

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Level 3 qualification or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum
  • Passionate about sparking curiosity in young learners
  • Demonstrating resilience and adaptability in dynamic classrooms
  • Skilled in safeguarding procedures
