About the Role:

Brook Street are seeking an organised Course Coordinator to join one of our clients team in Huntington. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of courses by managing stock levels, course materials, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and course delegates.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and managing the training stock room
  • Maintaining adequate stock levels for all course materials and kits
  • Preparing and updating course sheets to ensure accuracy
  • Invoicing customers for courses and chasing payments when necessary
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • Coordinating with delegates and speakers to ensure smooth course delivery
  • Ensuring that all course materials are prepared and delivered on time
  • Collecting and processing course/training materials post-event
  • Responding to email enquiries in a timely manner
  • Liaising with the sales team and other departments as required
  • Handling and processing customer complaints
  • Answering customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department when needed
  • Ensuring a positive experience for all customers


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - essential for maintaining stock sheets, course data, and managing invoicing
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle enquiries and complaints with professionalism
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good relationships across departments
  • Experience in a similar administrative, customer service, or coordinator role is advantageous
