Job Title: Course Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: £25,000 per Annam
Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role:
Brook Street are seeking an organised Course Coordinator to join one of our clients team in Huntington. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of courses by managing stock levels, course materials, and maintaining effective communication with both internal teams and course delegates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing the training stock room
- Maintaining adequate stock levels for all course materials and kits
- Preparing and updating course sheets to ensure accuracy
- Invoicing customers for courses and chasing payments when necessary
- Taking payments over the phone
- Coordinating with delegates and speakers to ensure smooth course delivery
- Ensuring that all course materials are prepared and delivered on time
- Collecting and processing course/training materials post-event
- Responding to email enquiries in a timely manner
- Liaising with the sales team and other departments as required
- Handling and processing customer complaints
- Answering customer enquiries and directing them to the appropriate department when needed
- Ensuring a positive experience for all customers
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - essential for maintaining stock sheets, course data, and managing invoicing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Customer-focused with the ability to handle enquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain good relationships across departments
- Experience in a similar administrative, customer service, or coordinator role is advantageous
