Description
The L&D project lead will:
- Provide a focal point for programme to refresh processes
- Help to define a consistent approach to delivering the training outcomes
- Assure that there is a clear learning outcome and delivery plans for each training activity
- Ensure there is an audit trail between the expected "field team capabilities" and the training delivered to technicians to achieve that capability
- Support the Technical Trainers to audit and assess existing training methods and materials
- Work with the Technical Training team to ensure consistency of all materials and their quality to deliver the learning goals
- Where necessary identify any shortfalls in process, methods or materials, and work with the management group to close gaps
- Ensure there is assurance that development plans will deliver the capability goals within the defined timelines.
Profile
A successful L&D Project Lead should have:
- A strong background in Learning & Development
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in leading L&D initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- A creative approach to L&D, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives
- A qualification in Human Resources or a related field would be advantageous
