Our client is an established business in the local area and following consistent growth they are now looking to recruit an experienced Credit Control individual to join their friendly team.Working alongside one other team member, the role will be busy and duties will include.

  • Chasing debts in a timely manner ensuring that relationships are maintained
  • Managing aged debt levels
  • Producing monthly reports for SLT
  • Query resolution
  • Looking after challenging accounts and reviewing course of action required as appropriate
  • Coordinating with external agencies for escalated accounts
  • Posting payments
  • System and process review and implementation of adjustments as appropriate
