I am working with a specialist logistics and transportation business to find an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Bar Hill.
Working in a small health care contract team, you will be responsible for speaking to customers and patients ensuring that their needs are met and their queries answered, offering empathy and support at all times.
Ideally you will have worked in a customer focused role before, with excellent communication skills bot written and verbal. Any experience of working in a health care/Nursing environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
Hours are 9-5pm, either Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week) or Tuesday to Saturday. Saturdays can be worked from home after completion of training.
