Contracts Manager - 6 months Inside IR35 £200-235 a day - Cambridgeshire

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious healthcare organisation, who is looking to recruit a Contracts Manager for a minimum 6 month period, this role will be based on a hybris basis in Cambridgeshire.

You will receive a daily rate of between £200-235 a day and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.

Working in a small team, you will be responsible for developing, negotiating, managing, and leading complex contractual, legal, and financial arrangements with providers of goods and services for the Digital and Estates areas of the organisation.

I would love to hear from suitably qualified Procurement Specialists with experience of working in the Public Sector and skills including;

  • Knowledge of procurement rules and standing financial instructions and value for money assessment
  • Experience of negotiating contracts, managing tendering processes and knowledge of the EU regulations
  • Track record in implementing required amendments to department policies processes in line with national policy changes to maintain compliance
  • Bid writing and negotiation skills
  • Awareness on regional or national changes in relation to public sector procurement regulations
