Home Manager required for a large home on the Cambs/ Norfolk border.

Bright Selection is recruiting an experienced Home Manager for an expanding provider in the Eastern Region. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team and lead an experienced and passionate team supported by a well resourced provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the effective delivery of care that meets the needs of each resident.
  • Manage resources and adhere to agreed budgets.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead an effective team of care staff.
  • Actively promote the home within the local community while maintaining private bed occupancy and supporting corporate marketing efforts.
  • Ensure the smooth running of essential support services, including catering, laundry, cleaning, and property maintenance.
  • Ensure full compliance with Company, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Statutory Requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Management experience within an elderly dementia care setting.
  • A full, valid driving licence.

Salary:

  • c£75,000-80,000 pa negotiable DOSE
  • Achievable bonus scheme, based on KPIs
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
