Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of electronics-related patent work, including drafting, prosecution and opposition
- Providing expert advice to a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, innovative start-ups and individual inventors
- Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives and ensuring that their intellectual property portfolios align with their business strategies
- Collaborating with the wider team of attorneys and technical experts to deliver high-quality IP solutions
Requirements
- Fully qualified UK and/or European Patent Attorney
- Specialisation in electronics, or a closely related field
- Proven experience in drafting and prosecuting high-quality patent applications
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively
- A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management
