?? Your Mission:

  • Lead agile delivery teams to support critical, live applications for the MOD.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring top-notch quality and timely execution.
  • Manage secure development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of software products.
  • Design and operate automated CI/CD pipelines and shared platform services using Kubernetes.
  • Write and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and operate products in both public and private cloud environments (AWS, Azure, On-Prem).

�? Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and advise teams on technology choices and solutions to complex problems.
  • Ensure best practices in Agile methodologies (SCRUM & Kanban) are implemented and followed.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to your team members.

?? What We're Looking For:

  • Expertise in deploying and managing secure products using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and other DevOps tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and leading development teams.
  • Strong understanding of security principles and public key infrastructure (PKI).
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and lead project deliverables.

?? Security Clearance: To qualify for this role, you must be a British Citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years. You should be currently SC Cleared and either holding Current or Previous DV Clearance.
