Our business specialises in providing mobile tablet/portal solutions for Fundraising, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Auditing and Windscreen Repair.
We are looking to for someone who has a real passion for providing first class support for our customers’ technology solutions helping them maximise the benefits from using our solutions.
Our company head office is based in Kimbolton, Cambridgeshire in the UK and the support and infrastructure department is based here. The job will be 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely from your home. You will be part of our dynamic office team, providing telephone support for our solutions (occasionally you may need to go to our customers), testing new software releases and providing training to our internal sales team and our customers, dealing with the daily challenges of a fast moving business.
You will need to be a flexible and reliable person as well as a team player, with a valid UK driving licence and have a car.
Our solutions/applications are based around Microsoft and Android development technologies.
Required Skills
A successful candidate will be able to say yes! to most of the following points:
A proven track record of providing 1st line IT support to customers.
Knowledge of tablets/smart phones running Android.
Good knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
Office Suite 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to troubleshoot most issues logically, efficiently and thoroughly.
A-Level education and or equivalent BTECs or Microsoft Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proven ability to self organise and self motivate.

Microsoft SQL Server - ability to query the database
Microsoft Access - ability to query the database
Microsoft Server 2008/2012 - experience using and navigating
Any experience of Sage 50/Sage 200/Xero accounting solutions
