Position: Family Solicitor NQ+ Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered) Location: Cambridgeshire/ Norfolk (hybrid) Salary guide: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
The Role:
We have partnered with our prestigious client in Cambridgeshire to assist in the recruitment of a Family Solicitor NQ+. This full-time, permanent position provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your expertise while making a significant contribution to the continued growth and success of the team. Hybrid working arrangements are available.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse range of cases including:
- Divorce
- Child custody
- Financial settlements
- Prenuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse
- Cohabitation agreements
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales NQ+
- Proven experience dealing with Private Family matters
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage and prioritize a demanding caseload
- A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
- A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice

- Competitive salary between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
