Job Description:Private Client Solicitor
Ramsey, Cambridgeshire (PE26)

Experience
- 3+ years PQE Experience working in a Private Client team
- Excellent planning and prioritising skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
- drafting wills;
- To ensure that all complaints are dealt with professionally, promptly and in accordance with firm policies;
- To ensure that documents are completed in accordance with firm procedures;
- Supervising more junior members of the team;
- Powers of attorney;
- Attending clients in their own environment as required;
- Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation;
- Assisting in the promotion, development and marketing of the Private Client department, in order to grow the practice;
- Running a caseload which will involve a wide range of private client matters, acting on behalf of a range of clients;
- Managing a busy caseload with limited supervision;
- Providing support to existing Private Client Fee Earners and to further develop own caseload;
- Dealing with all aspects of estate planning, probate and the administration of estates and trusts;
- Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition and client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated;
- Acting for high net worth individuals;
- Advising clients with realistic and catered legal advice.
