- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction through to post-completion.
- Advising clients on the buying and selling process, including freehold and leasehold properties.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build properties.
- Ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing high-quality service throughout.
- A minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
- Salary up to £60,000 based on experience.
- 33 days holiday per annum, inclusive of bank holidays.
- Office closure between Christmas and New Year (no need to save any holiday days).
