Responsible for all manufacturing aspects of the site, across multiple processes that includes significant investment into automation.This role will be about leading from the front, to promote a continuous improvement culture and implement processes to deliver a quality product. You will need to bring energy and motivate your team to strive towards consistent world class standards.The task at hand will be to implement the strategy down to the day to day and you will need to be at the forefront of to make this a success, ensuring all operational KPI's are met.
