Our client based in Huntingdon is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their brilliant HR team.  There's a lot of exciting initiatives on the horizon, so it is a great time to join. 

The role is a fixed term contract until August 2026, so you have a long time to continually expand your career.  Your role will see you contributing to a broad remit of HR activities, including organisational design, development, and change management, with a particular emphasis on complex and challenging employee relations cases.

As the HRBP, you will confidently handle complex ER cases, including dismissals, appeals, and redundancy consultations, ensuring employee wellbeing and commerciality is at the forefront of what you do.  You will additionally lead and support change management initiatives to drive organisational transformation.

You will be a detail oriented HRBP who enjoys working with data; you will analyse data and produce insightful reports to guide decision-making and strategic planning.  You will manage relationships with stakeholders, managers, employees, and staff representatives professionally in order to deliver effective HR solutions. 

To be suitable for the role, you will be:

  • An experienced HR professional with complex ER situation skills. 
  • Able to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, driving organisational change.
  • Be comfortable analysing data and producing reports to inform HR strategies.
  • Possess excellent communication skills.
  • Curious and creative, thriving on contributing ideas and improving current practices.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.  The role is full time, and these hours can flex to your work/life balance.
