My client is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. You will maintain close communication with the CEO and other Senior Managers, maintain quality of service deliverables, comply with all H&S requirements, statutory and other and manage these requirements. You will attend roadshows, events and/or conferences as required, any other duties that may reasonably be requested to ensure the effective operation of the business.
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 5pm and Fridays 8:30 - 3pm (30 min Lunch)
Salary £35,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
· Manage a team of up to 5 business administrators
· Work with managers and other key contacts across departments to maintain effective delivery to all members and stakeholders
· Assist with specifying requirements, coordinating, and communicating
· Responsible for overseeing daily business support operations, ensuring effective management of member enquiries, and meeting all service delivery targets
· Review, develop and manage business processes across the team
Human Resources:
· Responsible for HR Administration - including day to day operations of our online HR system
· Assist with recruiting and staffing
· Effective management of employee records, including verification of information
· Liaise with our outsourced partner for employee matters
· Day to day responsibility for the contract and relationships with our outsourced partners
Information Technology:
· Manage IT support across the business
· CRM
· Sage50
· SharePoint
· Content Management System (LEEA Website)
· Online Assessment Portal
· Help colleagues troubleshoot IT problems in liaison with our outsourced partner
· Responsible for the contracts and relationships with our outsourced partners
