HR Coordinator - Part Time I am partnering with a fabulous business based near Huntingdon with a need for an experienced HR Coordinator to provide effective, efficient, professional generalist HR support across all areas of the business. This is a varied role that will include supporting across HR, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, organisational development, training and employee relations. You will need to be within a commutable distance of Huntingdon and be available to work a minimum of 22 hours a week over 3 or more days. Flexible and hybrid working will be offered following induction and initial training. Duties will include:

  • Managing the HR database, ensuring records are kept up to date.
  • Raising appropriate authorisation for employment contracts and tracking return of signed documentation.
  • Drafting documentation, including authorisation forms, letters, announcements etc, relating to leavers, promotions, salary increases, changes to terms and conditions etc.
  • Preparing accurate and up to date monthly payroll submission for approval, ensuring all relevant details/authorisations are obtained and provided for the monthly payroll submission and monthly reporting requirements.
  • Preparing accurate and up to date headcount reports and organisation charts as required.
  • Administer and improve all HR filing systems including electronic personal files, recruitment files, training information and general departmental filing, keeping hard copies where appropriate.
  • Dealing with all departmental day-to-day administration including post, ordering supplies, processing of departmental invoices and expenses and interviewee expenses.
  • Coordinate training programmes.
  • Track sickness absence and flag as appropriate.
  • Ad-hoc project work as required in order to meet departmental and Company objectives.
