Job Title: Customer Sales Advisor
Place of Work: Huntingdon
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm
Salary: 23,000-26,000 per annum

Brook Street are proud to be partnering with a well-established company based in Huntingdon and are recruiting for an experienced Customer Sales Advisor. The ideal candidate will be a customer service focussed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Creating customer quotations
- Checking and raising purchase orders
- Organising refunds for customer or arranging credits to be signed by the supervisor
- Diary management
- Opening credit and pay as you go accounts for customer
- Liaising with other departments
- General administration
- Supporting the sales representatives with any appropriate tasks and supporting with the sales pipeline
- Dealing with invoice queries and ticket receipts
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Skills required
- Computer literate & Microsoft Office Skills
- Flexibility to get tasks completed as needed with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under instruction whilst using own initiative where necessary
- Highly organised with a polite and confident telephone manner
- Previous experience within the construction/ aggregates/ waste industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Driven and pro-active individual
