We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team, providing essential support to children, young people, and adults in their homes and within the community. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in general support, mental health, education, and medication management. A personal vehicle is essential for this position, as you will assist clients in accessing community services and support them in educational settings.
Day-to-day of the role:- Provide support to children, young people, and adults in their homes and out in the community.
- Assist in educational settings and help clients access various community services.
- Perform personal care tasks as needed.
- Manage medication and provide general support based on individual care plans.
- Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, according to the needs of the service.
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in a care or support role.
- Experience in general support, mental health, education, and medication management.
- Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
