The key focus is resettlement and securing employment, which includes helping clients develop skills, secure accommodation, and gain necessary support. You will provide 1:1 support and guidance, setting goals and milestones to aid their progress.You will be based at HMP Littlehey, and if needed, may sometimes be required to work in community/probation setting in Huntingdon. Alternatively, experience supporting vulnerable clients in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, or homelessness is valuable.
