Job Description
Job title: Ethos Family Support Worker (Part time)
Department: Grace Foundation Partner School
Reporting to: Ethos Leader
Location: Rushden Academy, Hayway, Rushden, NN10 6AG
Hours of work: 22.5 hours per week, part time, all year round. Flexibility of working hours may be required with advance notice.
Salary:£23,800 (Pro-rata,permanent contract with 3-month probation)

Benefits: 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays per annum (Pro-rata), secure free parking, death in service (3xbasic salary), private healthcare cover & pension

They work holistically to support disadvantaged families to overcome a variety of adversities and barriers. Family Support workis student-centred and led by the needs of each individualfamily.

By helping students overcome difficulties at school and home, Family Support Workers have a long term impact by improving attendance, behaviour, self-esteem, and confidence, while raising aspirations.
