We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team, to provide essential support within the community.  A personal vehicle is essential for this position, as you will assist clients in accessing community services and support them in educational settings.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide support to children, young people, and adults in their homes and out in the community.
  • Assist in educational settings and help clients access various community services.
  • Perform personal care tasks as needed.
  • Manage medication and provide general support based on individual care plans.
  • Work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights, according to the needs of the service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months UK experience in a care or support role.
  • Experience in general support, mental health, education, and medication management.
  • Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
