As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to students with special educational needs. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create and implement individualized learning plans, ensuring each student receives the support they need to succeed.

Salary: £32,650 - £50,000 Annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of students with special educational needs.
- Create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to provide comprehensive support to students.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education (preferred but not essential).
