About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our 'Outstanding' and well-established SEN school. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to the needs of students with SEN/PMLD.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each child.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with students with SEN/PMLD.
- Strong understanding of SEN (Special Educational Needs) best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for teaching.
