Working as a Development and Partnership Officer within Cambridgeshire, you will play a key role in supporting the advancement and successful implementation of an operational plan to fundraise across Corporate and Community opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Development and Partnership Officer:

  • Develop meaningful, collaborative and sustained relationships with funders and prospective donors
  • Plan and coordinate regular fundraising events
  • Attend external networking and partnership events and deliver presentations to corporate and community audiences
  • Recruit community fundraisers and coordinate the charities’ participation in community events
  • Manage enquiries, coordinate staff involvement, send communications and keep Donor records up to date.
  • Provide analysis of fundraising activity data to help focus our work and develop our campaigns.
  • Assist in the preparation of trust and foundation applications and bids, coordinating with colleagues across the charity.
  • Provide support to plan, co-ordinate, and submit tender submissions for relevant new or re-tendered services alongside service delivery and other colleagues.
  • To support the work of fundraising operations by building and maintaining strong relationshipswiththe serviceandoperational teams.
  • To work closely with the service teams to ensure that all funding bids link to theoperational vision; and that the targets, outcomes, resources, reporting, andtimescales arerealistic.
