The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of mechanical systems for this prestigious project, ensuring timely completion, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare standards. While experience in healthcare projects is desirable, it is not essential for the right candidate with a strong background in large-scale mechanical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the 18M healthcare project, from pre-contract works to final handover.

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including healthcare-specific requirements where applicable.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources, maintaining control over costs and timelines.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects, preferably in the healthcare sector.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.

  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
