• Position:  Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
• Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
• Salary: £20.92p/h -  £21.92p/h - up to £50,100 per annum The actual rate of pay will be within these advertised bandings and will be dependent on your ability to demonstrate your competence during the interview.
• Hours: Full time 44h Nights
• Contract Type: Permanent
  
  The care home is registered for 50 residents, catering for vulnerable elderly in need of palliative and respite care, as well as younger audlts with physical disabilities.

We are looking for compassionate nurses ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) with nursing home / care home experience looking for a step up into a leadership position.

The role as a Clinical Night Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ):

- Resident Care: Oversee and assist with nursing care, ensuring residents' health and well-being.
- Staff Support: Supervise and guide nurses and care staff with practical advice and problem-solving.
- Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead care, facilities, and administration teams during night shifts.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Management Support: Assist the general and deputy managers as needed.
- Organization Values: Uphold and promote company policies, procedures, and values.
- Resident Independence: Foster a home-like environment, supporting residents' independence, choice, and privacy.
