Are you a Cheshire based accountant with experience in the provision of both audit and general accounting who would like to learn more about an excellent opportunity for an Audit and Accounts Senior in Hyde?

We’re seeking a skilled auditor, likely qualified to ACCA/ACA level or potentially qualified by experience, who also has a general understanding of how to produce accurate accounts and personal tax computations.

The candidate we’re seeking will:

Job Purpose
  • Support the management team with the planning and completion of audits for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Preparation and review of statutory accounts.
  • Prepare personal tax computations.
  • Work closely with clients to build trusted relationships, being the go-to for support.
  • Deliver a strong commercial awareness, reviewing opportunities for fee development.
  • Underpin audit and accounts matters with current legislation and compliance.
  • Delegate work to, and mentor an audit team, supporting with their learning and development.
  • Set an example for the team as a natural supervisor of the team.
