I am working with a fantastic, rapidly expanding business looking for a Management Accountant to join the team. You will get excellent exposure, a chance to work commercially in the business with a clear progression path in your learning. We are looking for someone with strong SQL skills and this is essential for the role so please only apply if you have this experience

Role:

Preparing monthly management accounts pack, maintaining all controls
Development of PowerBI and SQL in the business to deliver accurate numbers to the board
Working with various departments providing numerical insights to enable informed decision making
Journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconcilaitions
Maintaining fixed asset register reviewing nonimal entries utilising correct VAT codes
Preparing daily sales reporting and flash forecasting
Assisting with year end financial reports and audit requirements
Developing financial models to support business planning and forecasting
Using SQL to extract financial information and create reports (training provided)
Collaborating with business to enhance Power BI dashboards and reports

Experience:

ACCA/CIMA/graduate/AAT looking to continue studies
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
Experience producing management accounts is essential
Keen to learn PowerBI & SQL with plenty training
Good communication skills and a desire to learn and develop
