Role Summary:

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the team.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their needs and addressing any concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyaltyIdentify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling services to existing clientsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely mannerEnsure accurate and timely delivery of services to clientsMaintain accurate client records and documentationRegularly assess client satisfaction and make necessary improvements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a client-facing positionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant softwareValid driving licence
