Employees.Your new roleAs an ER Advisor, you will be the expert in employee relations within your business units, managing all casework. You will handle a variety of employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and more. Your role will involve providing pragmatic support and advice, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies, and driving continuous improvement in case management. You will also support managers with occupational health referrals, early conciliation, and employment tribunal cases.What you will need to succeed

  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law
  • Experience in managing complex employee relations matters
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of complex casework and prioritise workload
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent, or working towards it
