Location/Hybrid: Staines/full time on site- covering 3 other sites on the M25 (mileage paid)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8-5
Contract length: 7 months

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join an exciting new project with The Balfour Beatty NEAR scheme projects team, based out of Staines
This key role to support the running of this successful highways project.
Key Accountabilities

Scanning/filing/shredding

Collation of documentation online

Email management

Assist with raising requisitions
Experience and Skills required

Previous experience in an Administrator, preferably in a construction or engineering environment (or similar)

Data entry experience

Must have own car/drivers licence

Understanding of Excel and Microsoft

Experience with Oracle would be helpful but not essential
