Position: Electro Plating Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and monitor chemical solutions in the electroplating process
  • Implement and manage visual controls to maintain high standards
  • Oversee Effluent Plant processes, including sampling and analysis
  • Monitor plating activities and ensure efficient operation of the effluent plant
  • Gain full understanding of the plating process and manage activities effectively
  • Plan and coordinate plating operations to meet production schedules
  • Identify and resolve plating-related issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical education background, ideally with a Health & Safety qualification
  • Experience in conducting and reviewing risk assessments, including COSHH
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Analytical, methodical approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
