Electro Plating Technician

We are seeking an Electro Plating Technician to join our dynamic and busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and friendly family-run business based in Hythe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and monitor chemical solutions to ensure optimal plating conditions.
  • Implement and manage visual controls for quality and process consistency.
  • Take responsibility for Effluent Plant process sampling and analysis.
  • Monitor all plating activities and the effluent plant to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the plating process and be able to plan plating activities efficiently.
  • Identify and resolve plating-related issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educated to a technical level, ideally with a qualification in Health & Safety.
  • Ability to carry out and review risk assessments, including COSHH.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • An analytical, methodical, and problem-solving approach.
