Electro Plating Technician

We are seeking an Electro Plating Technician to join our dynamic and busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and friendly family-run business based in Hythe.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and monitor chemical solutions to ensure optimal plating conditions.
Implement and manage visual controls for quality and process consistency.
Take responsibility for Effluent Plant process sampling and analysis.
Monitor all plating activities and the effluent plant to ensure compliance and quality.
Develop a deep understanding of the plating process and be able to plan plating activities efficiently.
Identify and resolve plating-related issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educated to a technical level, ideally with a qualification in Health & Safety.
Ability to carry out and review risk assessments, including COSHH.
Strong people management skills.
An analytical, methodical, and problem-solving approach.
