Registered Service Manager - Learning Disabillities, Supported Living, - Lympne, South Kent

A new position has arisen with a national, award-winning care provider, to manage a groupof theirservices in Lympne, South Kent.. These are supported living services andall for adults with learning disabilities.

You will have good experience working with adults with complex care needs including learning disabilities andautism, with the ability to lead and motivate teams. You'll have excellent knowledge of CQC requirements, as well as experience of quality management and innovative ways of ensuring the most person-centred care possible.
